Rally Services:
We can do everything necessary to prepare for and to compete in an international rally. This includes advice, training, bike building, parts, rules interpretation, help with paperwork, shipping, packing lists, mechanical and logistical assistance during rallies, and repatriation of your bike and equipment. We usually send an assistance truck and team to support motorcycle competitors in the Dakar Rally. Our team is the most experienced in North America, having helped most of the North American riders to have finished the Dakar since 2004. Here is a Sample Dakar Budget.
Team Management:
In addition to our Rally Services, we specialize in managing professional rally racing teams. This includes everything from fundraising and sponsor services to communications and PR. Since 2006, we have managed Rally PanAm, a very successful motorcycle team associated with KTM (2008-10) and Yamaha (2011-12). Rally PanAm rider Jonah Street garnered multiple stage wins in the Dakar Rally and was the top North American motorcycle rally competitor for several years.
Race Navigators:
Our team includes riders who have finished multiple Dakars and other rallies aboard motorcycles. Motorcycle riders must race and navigate at the same time without the benefit of car tracks on the course, so they are naturally the best navigators. Our team members also teach navigation and ride thousands of miles of practice rally routes each year. They know rally strategy and are good race-time mechanics. If you are considering racing a car or truck in the Dakar or any other major event, consider the benefit of using one of our team members as the experienced navigator in your vehicle.
Ride Along Dakar:
Each year, we hold one seat in our assistance truck for a "tourist" who pays his share of costs, but has no specific mechanic or driving duties. The perfect opportunity for the gearhead or race fan who would like to experience the biggest motorsports event in the world first-hand. contact us for details if you would like to ride along with our assistance team.
Dakar 2012 Rider Services:
Premier Mechanic and Bivouac Service: $15,000 per motorcycle rider.
This includes the assistance of our very experienced team. All necessary service from Scrutineering to the Finish. Cargo space for your spare wheels, tires, mousse, spare parts and gear. Bivouac manager who knows the Dakar very well helps with the details like your start time, setting up and taking down tents, waking you up, helping deal with any organization issues and logistics, etc. Our low mechanic-to-rider ratio means you get the best possible service. Our guys have worked for professional and privateer riders, and have over 20 Dakars between them. Our team cares and wants you to finish.
