Shipping: We usually ship by US Mail, Priority Mail. This is often the least expensive shipping method, but it has limited tracking options. Also, our shipping cost does not include insurance. All parts are shipped FOB. The risk of loss passes to the purchaser when the parts leave our shop. If you would like to ship using another carrier such as UPS, or would like to insure your purchase in transit, please contact us.
Special Orders: Some of our parts are nearly always in stock, like: Roadbook Readers, Universal items, ICO VRLs, and some other items. Those things we usually send out the day you order them. Nearly everything else on this site must be Special Ordered. We sell only a small volume of most of these parts, so we do not stock them. However, we get regular shipments from our suppliers. This means that you usually wait only 2-4 weeks for delivery of Special Order parts. We'll contact you if we think delivery will take much longer. Please contact us if you have questions and feel free to contact us to check on your order.
Big Items: Many of the parts we sell are large. Shipping can be expensive and hard (for our computer program) to calculate. If you try to order on our site and get a notice that shipping is not included, we will contact you by email with shipping details and instructions.
